We sell fewer things, on purpose
ShopoLane started with a simple frustration: online catalogues have become endless, and most of what is in them nobody has ever actually held.
Curated, not scraped
Anyone can bulk-import ten thousand listings. We publish a few dozen at a time, because each one is checked for supplier rating, real stock and honest photos first.
Shipped from close by
We work with fulfilment partners who hold stock in several regions. Your order leaves from whichever warehouse is nearest, which is what keeps shipping affordable.
Boringly reliable support
No ticket mazes. Email us and you will hear back from a person within one working day, including when the answer is “this one is our mistake”.
How we actually operate
We do not run a warehouse. Our products sit with established fulfilment partners — companies whose entire job is storing, packing and shipping. When you order, the request goes straight to whichever partner holds that item, and they dispatch it to you directly.
That model has one clear benefit and one clear trade-off. The benefit is price: we are not paying rent on stock that might not sell, so the same item is often cheaper here. The trade-off is speed — parcels usually take 7 to 15 business days rather than arriving tomorrow.
We would rather say that plainly on every product page than bury it in the small print and deal with disappointed customers later.
What we will not do
- — Invent countdown timers or fake “12 people are viewing this” badges.
- — List an item we know is out of stock just to capture the sale.
- — Add surprise fees at the final checkout step.
- — Delete honest negative reviews from our product pages.
If something goes wrong
Parcels occasionally get delayed, and once in a while an item arrives that is not quite right. You have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and if the fault is ours we cover the return. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
