Refund & Returns Policy
Last updated: July 2026
If something is not right, we want to fix it. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and where the fault is ours we cover the cost of sending it back.
Your 30-day window
You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Items must be unused, in a resaleable condition, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem — a photo helps if the item is damaged or not as described. We will reply within one working day with return instructions and the correct address. Please do not send anything back before you have those instructions, as unannounced returns can be difficult to trace.
Who pays for return shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what was described on the product page, we cover the return cost in full.
If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours to pay. The original shipping cost, where one was charged, is not refunded in that case.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened: personal care and grooming items, cosmetics and skincare, intimate apparel, and earphones or earbuds where the seal has been broken. Anything faulty is always covered, opened or not.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we approve the refund. It is issued to your original payment method — UPI, card, netbanking or PayPal — and typically appears within 5–10 business days. Your bank’s processing time is the usual reason for the longer end of that range.
Exchanges
We do not run direct exchanges, because stock moves between warehouses too quickly to reserve an item. The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement — both can run in parallel.
Cancelling before dispatch
While an order still shows as Pending or Paid in My Orders, you can cancel it yourself for an immediate full refund. Once it moves to Supplier Processing the warehouse has already begun packing, and it must be handled as a return after delivery.
